Brad Hagedorn - Founder

Brad Hagedorn, Founder of ArcWest Properties, has 10 years of experience in real estate development and management, starting with the creation of a small outdoor advertising business during his high school years.

He is a 2010 graduate of Dartmouth College and has 4 years of top-tier management consulting experience with Oliver Wyman, the strategy-consulting subsidiary of the Marsh & McLennan Group, in Boston, MA. Brad has extensive experience in all phases of the real estate development life cycle, from planning and entitlement, to construction management, all the way through divestiture.

Bruce Hagedorn - Advisor

Bruce Hagedorn, President of Winds West, Inc., is a 30-year industry veteran of real estate development in both the commercial and residential sectors. His past experience includes roles as VP of Marketing for Hilton Resorts, Chief Operating Officer of Real Estate for the Rank Group, VP of Sales and Marketing for Shawnee Development, Inc. and owner/operator of Oak and Spruce Resort in Lee, Massachusetts. Bruce’s other varied business experiences include developing and operating a restaurants, developing and owning strip malls, holding commercial and residential loan portfolios, as well as investment in REO and spec properties. In total, Bruce has led the development of projects exceeding $500 million in value.
