Is the design and construction of a custom duplex located in the Cotton Ranch golf course community of Gypsum, Colorado. A beautiful transitional home of a total of 3,338 sf of living area, with 7 beds and 7 baths, the project is a design-build for a local client as an investment property.

The project involves an infill golf-course front lot with beautiful vistas. The home is expected to break ground in Spring/Summer 2022.
