Is the construction of a custom single family home located in the Eagle Ranch neighborhood of Colorado. A beautiful American Foursquare design encompasses ~3,000 sf of living area, with 4 beds and 3 baths, and office flex space above the attached two-car garage. The project is being handled as design-build for local clients as their primary residence.

The project involves a rigorous DRB review process in an upscale neighborhood, with in-depth coordination with the clients to achieve their goals. The home is expected to break ground in Fall 2021.
